Once you’ve decided to buy a property in Spain the most effective and enjoyable way to find your perfect property is on a two or three day property inspection visit………

This allows you to not only find your future property but also soak up the atmosphere and research the local area. It is extremely important to us that you feel absolutely satisfied, even after the purchase of your property.

We will be happy to arrange all aspects of your trip, including flights and accommodation.

We will provide you with a personal property consultant who will be at your service on a one-to-one basis throughout your time in Spain.

Before arrival in Spain you will be contacted to discuss your requirements and a personal itinerary arranged so that we can tailor the visit to suit your needs.

Day 1:

Arrive at Malaga International Airport where you will be met by your property consultant who will transport you in air-conditioned comfort to your hotel.

This is a chance to ensure that the itinerary we have compiled meets your search criteria and any adjustments can be made.

The evening is free for you to relax and enjoy the hotel and local restaurants.

Day2:

After breakfast your property consultant will collect you from the hotel at a pre-arranged time and you can begin to visit the properties or areas you have selected.

Our property consultants are a team of highly experienced professionals, all with a detailed knowledge of the local area and property market.

They will be happy to answer any questions you might have on any subject concerning property and the Costa del Sol.

There are ample opportunities to stop for a coffee and a chat. Whilst these are visits for serious property buyers we try to make the experience as enjoyable and relaxing as possible and your property consultant will be happy to invite you to a local restaurant for lunch to discuss what you have seen so far.

The evening is free for you to relax and explore.

Day 3:

After meeting your property consultant you can continue your viewing visit. After the first day you will often have a more specific idea of what you’re looking for and in what area, and now is the time concentrate on that area inspecting a range of property in your price range.

Alternatively you can continue to explore new areas until you are satisfied that you have found the perfect location. Often it takes only a few minutes to decide if a property is right for you, but much depends on whether you like the area or not.

Before you arrive the difference between Absorption and The New Golden Mile may not be apparent, it’s only by experiencing the atmosphere and checking the local amenities that you can be sure of where you wish to live.

It may be that you’ve found your perfect property by this stage. In that case we can arrange for you to see an independent English-speaking lawyer to begin the necessary arrangements such as the reservation and contracts.

The evening is free for you to relax and explore.

Day 4:

The final opportunity to continue your inspection of properties. If you’ve decide to buy we can use this time to carry out much of the necessary paperwork and legalities, plus other things such as opening a bank account.

We’ll finish off with a cooling drink at a beachfront bar where you can toast your success or plan your next move.

Your property consultant will then take you to the airport for your flight home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to go for 3 or 4 nights?

No. These visits are individually tailored to meet your requirements and additional days can be added if you want so spend more time on the coast.

Can I view new and resale properties on the same visit?

Yes. The choice of where you go is determined solely by what you want to see and your personal property consultant will take you to visit whatever, wherever you want.

Is there anything I need to do before the visit?

It’s best to make some financial arrangements before embarking on your visit. If you find your perfect property you will need to have the facility to place a reservation deposit (usually .€6,000) this can be from a credit card or by money transfer. This will secure the property for you and fix the price. We can supply you with all the information regarding mortgages, finance and law before you commence your visit.

Do I have to buy?

Of course not! You are not under pressure to buy, our approach is professional and we let the properties speak for themselves. You will not be locked in a car with a high pressure salesman for four days! In fact, the overall experience is not dissimilar to the viewing visits shown on TV programs such as ‘Place in the Sun’.
